All earrings are made to order so the turnaround time is usually 3-6 weeks depending on the detail of that specific pair.

Shipping is also a 3-6 week turnaround to complete the beading process. Once your order has been completed, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on location.

If your item is damaged during the shipping process please email a picture THE DAY OF DELIVERY to receive a replacement. Ruby Raven Beadwork does reserve the right to refuse refund under suspicious circumstances.

To order a custom pair of earring please visit the Shop or the Customs page. Please follow all instructions when ordering to make sure that I have all the info when creating your perfect pair!

Customs orders will be extremely limited and only available once every two months. I will launch updates on customs opening via social media

There is a standard shipping fee that is added onto all orders but if you select local pickup at checkout then the shipping should be removed. If you select local pickup and you are not local (within 15 miles of Atmore area) then your order will be cancelled.

Local pick-up will be located at the Creek Travel Plaza in Atmore, AL on Friday afternoons. If this time or location does not work for you then please do not select this option.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

For returns, You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
